OUR DOUGH STORY
We have harvested wheat for our original dough recipes from some of the same fields and have worked with some of the same family-run mills for decades. Just like artisan bakeries, we believe in taking the extra bread-making step to allow our dough to sit undisturbed overnight in heated proofers to allow our famous and original Pan dough to rise perfectly and provide optimal flavor and texture.

OUR SAUCE STORY
Our classic Marinara starts with the finest sun-soaked, 100% California-grown, vine-ripened tomatoes, picked at the peak of harvest for ultimate flavor and freshness. To make our sauce, we stir in a unique blend of herbs and spices, originally created by our founders, resulting in a consistently delicious, bright and robust flavor.

OUR CHEESE STORY
We proudly serve only 100% real cheese made with whole milk mozzarella. Our milk is 100% USA-sourced straight from farms typically within 100 miles of the cheesemakers. Our category-leading dairy partners give us access to the freshest, highest-quality sources of Grade A milk to make and serve exceptional, consistent, flavorful cheese.

OUR INGREDIENT STORY
All of our ingredients have a story, and thus we take them very seriously—from 100% natural Italian sausage and Old World-style pepperoni to the freshest vegetables and fruits locally sourced whenever we can.
